01About this website

This website introduces 1654 Studio’s services and helps you start a project conversation. The studio owner is Малєєв Нікіта Володимирович. For project inquiries, contact @kane1525 on Telegram or call +380 95 341 52 93. Sending a brief does not place an order or require you to pay for any service. This website does not accept payments.

02Scope and fees

The prices and timelines shown are indicative starting points for the stated scope. After discussing your project, we prepare an individual proposal. Final features, pages, milestones, deadlines, fees, taxes and payment currency are agreed in writing before work begins.

Domains, hosting, paid fonts, subscriptions, external services and additional materials are separate unless explicitly included. We agree any such purchases or connections in advance.

03Approvals and changes

The client supplies the materials and access required for the agreed work and appoints a person responsible for feedback. Revision rounds are defined in the proposal. New requirements or changes to approved stages may affect the budget and schedule; we begin those changes only after agreement.

04Payment and ending a project

Your agreement states the payment schedule and the service provider’s legal and payment details. A minimum 50% deposit is required. Choose 100% upfront or 50% before work begins and 50% after completion.

If collaboration ends early, the parties review completed and agreed work, payments and incurred costs. Handover and settlement, including repayment of any unused portion where applicable, follow the agreement and applicable law. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

05Deliverables and intellectual property

Your agreement defines the rights, source files and access to be handed over. We transfer the agreed deliverables after full payment. Third-party components, fonts, images and services remain under their respective licenses. The client is responsible for having the rights to use materials they provide.

Work labelled “Studio demo” presents demonstration projects using fictional brands or data. These works demonstrate design and interface behaviour, without claiming client commissions or commercial results. Live websites and personal projects are labelled separately and link to their current versions.

06Project completion

We complete the agreed work, launch the website and hand over the source code and access. Your agreement defines how the deliverables are accepted. We do not guarantee a particular number of sales, inquiries or search rankings.
