01Who handles your inquiry

The owner of 1654 Studio and the person responsible for inquiries is Малєєв Нікіта Володимирович. We use the information you provide to discuss projects and respond to requests. For questions about personal data, contact @kane1525 on Telegram or call +380 95 341 52 93. The service provider’s legal details are included in your project agreement before work begins.

02Your inquiry and cost estimate

After you consent and submit the form, the website sends your name, phone number, selected service, message and selected calculator options, if you used it to the server. We save the inquiry in private Vercel storage to respond and retain it if a notification fails. The record also includes a technical identifier, submission time and processing status.

The landing page calculator processes selected additional services and their quantities in your browser. Your selection is kept in the current tab’s sessionStorage so that it survives language changes and reloads. Calculating a price does not submit an inquiry: your options and estimate are sent to the studio with the form only after you submit it.

After receiving your inquiry, the website sends its contents to the studio representative through a Telegram bot. You can also contact us directly through Telegram or Viber.

03When you contact us

When you send a message or call, we receive the information you provide and the contact details available through your chosen communication channel. We use them to respond, understand your project, prepare a proposal and, if you agree, perform our contract. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

04Technical information and providers

Vercel provides hosting, server processing and private storage of inquiries. It may also process your IP address, browser information and technical logs to deliver content, protect the service and keep it running. Processing may take place outside your country.

Telegram is used to notify the studio about form submissions and for direct conversations. Your inquiry content and reply contact are sent to this service after you submit the form. Telegram processes data under its own policies.

On our main domain, 1654-studio.com, Google Analytics loads automatically unless you disable analytics in the settings. It measures page and section views, scroll depth, visible-page time, calculator interactions, form starts and errors, contact clicks and received inquiries. Hiding a tab does not necessarily mean leaving the website. An inquiry event is sent only after the server confirms receipt; contact clicks and test submissions do not count as received inquiries. Analytics receives the service type and form name, but not the inquiry identifier, names, phone numbers, email addresses, inquiry text.

Google Analytics is linked to Google Ads to measure advertising results. Analytics + ad measurement is the default: advertising cookies and click and inquiry events are used for Google Ads measurement. We include only allowed campaign parameters and format-checked Google click identifiers. Selecting Analytics only stops storing advertising identifiers. Arbitrary query parameters, URL fragments and full contact-link addresses are excluded.

Google may process browser and device information and store cookies according to your analytics settings, including outside Ukraine. Google Signals, ad personalization and remarketing stay disabled with every choice. Analytics and ad measurement start automatically unless you previously saved a restriction. You can change your choice using “Privacy”: switching to “Analytics only” revokes permission for advertising cookies and Google Ads data use, and removes advertising cookies; “Without analytics” also disables Analytics, removes its cookies and reloads the page.

05Purpose, retention and protection

We process inquiries to take steps you request before entering a contract and to support our working relationship. Technical information is processed to operate and protect the website. Before you submit the form, we ask for consent to process your inquiry data. Analytics settings are separate and do not affect your ability to submit an inquiry. Access to inquiries and correspondence is limited to those who need it to handle your request.

We keep inquiries and correspondence as long as needed to respond and work together, and afterwards only where there is a lawful reason, such as recordkeeping or resolving disputes. We manually delete website records and messages in the studio’s communication channels, including at your request; clearing browser data does not delete a submitted inquiry. Providers retain technical information under their own applicable terms. Please do not put passwords, payment details or sensitive information in your inquiry.

06Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, object to processing and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Some records may need to be retained by law. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or the competent data protection authority where you live.
