01Who handles your inquiry

The owner of 1654 Studio and the person responsible for inquiries is Малєєв Нікіта Володимирович. We use the information you provide to discuss projects and respond to requests. For questions about personal data, contact @kane1525 on Telegram or call +380 95 341 52 93. The service provider’s legal details are included in your project agreement before work begins.

02Your draft brief and cost estimate

The brief fields help you compose a message with your name, any contact details you choose to add, project type, estimated budget and description. Your input is processed in your browser and is not submitted to this website’s server. The copy button writes the prepared text to your device’s clipboard only when you choose to use it.

The calculator processes selected services, quantities and notes in your browser. Its draft is kept in the current tab’s sessionStorage so that it survives language changes and reloads, and is not sent to a server. You can choose to copy the estimate, download it as a text file to your device, or open it in Telegram.

Continuing to Telegram opens an external service with your prepared text. Telegram may receive that text when the link opens; the studio representative sees your message after you send it. You can instead copy the brief and paste it into the conversation yourself.

03When you contact us

When you send a message or call, we receive the information you provide and the contact details available through your chosen communication channel. We use them to respond, understand your project, prepare a proposal and, if you agree, perform our contract. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

04Technical information and providers

Vercel hosts this website. When you load a page, it may process your IP address, browser information and technical logs to deliver content, protect the service and keep it running. Processing may take place outside your country.

Telegram is a separate service with its own policies. You choose whether to open it and send a message.

On our main domain, 1654-studio.com, we may use Google Analytics only after you allow it. It measures page views and contact clicks. We do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, brief text or calculator notes. Page query strings, URL fragments and full contact-link addresses are excluded. A contact click is not recorded as an inquiry received by the studio.

Google may process browser and device information and store analytics cookies, including outside Ukraine. Advertising signals and personalization are disabled. Without permission, the Google Analytics script stays unloaded. You can withdraw permission using “Privacy”; Analytics is then disabled, its cookies are removed and the page reloads.

05Purpose, retention and protection

We process inquiries to take steps you request before entering a contract and to support our working relationship. Technical information is processed to operate and protect the website. Access to project correspondence is limited to those who need it to handle your request.

We keep correspondence as long as needed to respond and work together, and afterwards only where there is a lawful reason, such as recordkeeping or resolving disputes. Providers retain technical information under their own applicable terms. Please do not put passwords, payment details or sensitive information in your brief.

06Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, object to processing and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Some records may need to be retained by law. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or the competent data protection authority where you live.
